Of course, already enrolled clients can speak with Your Blueprint by phone during business hours anytime. But we don't speak to prospective clients on the phone for two key reasons:

Federal regulations severely restrict the sale of credit repair services over the phone. And although we believe that this regulation is unfair (and we've gone to court to challenge it - unsuccessfully), the rule stands.
Some of the many amateur credit repair companies out there choose to break the law, but we don't.
Second
We've given away millions of free credit assessments online. If we had to speak with each one individually, we wouldn't be able to provide those assessments at no charge.
